Let’s carry on with the review.

What Is Isagenix?

Big things are changing in the MLM world. Isagenix, the $800+ million company that’s seen huge success in its niche, is purchasing Zija International.

If you’ve been following Zija, this may not come as much of a surprise. While Isagenix has been doing a lot of things right, Zija’s seen its sales decrease around 50% over the past few years and is only valued between $90 million and $100 million. In just the past two years, two CEOs have come and gone with Zija.

Safe to say, the company had seen better days prior to this acquisition.

Per the official press release that went out to announce this news:

“Isagenix International, a global health and wellness company providing nutrition and lifestyle solutions, has announced its acquisition of Zija International, a well-established and respected direct selling company based in Lehi, Utah, with a strong line of high-quality plant-based product offerings.”

Isagenix Scam

Isagenix Chairman and Co-Founder, Jim Coover, said:

“We are pleased to welcome Zija to the Isagenix family. Our companies share common cultures and goals, and we look forward to the positive impact this acquisition will have for all parties.”

As part of this deal, any affiliates for Zija International will now become affiliates for Isagenix. Not accounting for the Zija members coming over to it, Isagenix has over 500,000 affiliates spanning 14 different countries.

Isagenix CEO Travis Ogden also had some words to share on the big announcement:

“This comes at a promising time for both Zija and Isagenix. It brings great synergies to both companies, and in joining forces, our aligned missions to impact world health will be stronger than ever.”

Isagenix has been in business since 2002, and during that time, has proven to be one of the leaders in the health/wellness MLM niche. With it now buying Zija International, it’ll be really exciting to see how this advances the company going forward and what the rest of 2020 will hold for it.
