Vitaxel Review – Is This A Good Opportunity Or Big Scam?

Vitaxel ReviewVitaxel has been getting a lot of attention on the web lately.

Because there is so much hype, a lot of network marketers are trying to sell this opportunity all over the place, including all over social media.

I want to let you all know that I am NOT in any way promoting or selling Vitaxel.

I have simply gathered for you all the facts in this Vitaxel Review in order for you to make a proper decision about it.

So, is it true? Is Vitaxel a scam?

Can it really help you build an online empire?

Let’s carry on with the review.

What Is Vitaxel?

Vitaxel was originally launched in August, 2015 in the country of Malaysia. Less than a year later, the company officially went live on the US stock exchange.

That sounds impressive on paper, but everything isn’t necessarily as great as it may seem at first. Listed as VXEL and operating under the official name of Vitaxel Group, the stock that hit the scene at 20 cents/share quickly dropped to little more than 3 cents/share after just a week on the market.

Looking at the stock right now, it would appear that shares are currently selling for just 1 cent each.

Founder Lim Hui Boon and CEO Leon Yee Ming are currently running Vitaxel, with Boon previously being the founder of Ho Wah Genting as well.

According to the official website for the company, Ho Wah Genting is –

“a Malaysian group of companies with a wide portfolio of business interests encompassing mining, manufacturing, trading, and travel.”

Ming has ties with Ho Wah Genting as well, as the man previously served as the company’s COO, CFO, and Treasurer. Ming is still acting as a Board Member for Genting, but the majority of his time now appears to be spent with Vitaxel.

Aside from their time with Genting, Vitaxel looks to be both Boon and Ming’s first time in the world of multi-level marketing. MLM can be a rather tricky beast to master at first, so how do the two men’s first attempt compare to other entities in the MLM realm right now?

What Are The Products For Vitaxel?

Taking a look at what Vitaxel has to offer for its product line, the company is working with a very peculiar setup.

Rather than selling traditional goods or services, Vitaxel has made the decision to sell a subscription membership that allows subscribers to access the company’s VionMarket.

VionMarket is Vitaxel’s own e-commerce platform that’s littered with heaps of third-party products, and you can only view and purchase said products once you’ve singed up for the affiliate membership.

Being seen as a preferred customer for VionMarket costs $15, and this also comes with 100 VionMarket Points that you can then use to spend on what’s being offered in the online storefront.

There is mention of VTrips and VSpark throughout the Vitaxel website – VTrips listed as “coming soon” and VSpark appearing to be some sort of payment processor – but there’s no mention of them anywhere on the compensation plan.

What Is The Compensation Plan For Vitaxel?

Moving over to the compensation plan that Vitaxel is offering, members for the company earn money by purchasing membership packages and the recruiting other individuals to do the same thing.

Affiliates can increase their earning potential by purchasing a more expensive package and getting their recruits to purchase pricier packages as well, and the exact recruit commissions work out as follows.

The Action Package, Business Package, and Career Package are the three main investment levels that affiliates can choose to get involved with.

What’s Does It Cost To Join Vitaxel?

If you’re for some reason interested in becoming an affiliate for Vitaxel, you’ll need to invest your money in one of the three packages that I just talked about.

The packages include Action, Business, and Career, and they cost $130, $800, and $2000 respectively.

In addition to this, all affiliates for Vitaxel need to pay a yearly fee of $15 after the first year of their membership has passed.

Vitaxel Review Conclusion

Vitaxel’s entire compensation plan and business model is a complete mess, but after you sift through the garbage and get an idea for what’s really taking place here, it doesn’t take too long at all to see Vitaxel for what it really is –

A pyramid scheme.

Affiliates join the company by purchasing packages and are then compensated for getting other individuals to do the same thing.

Purchasing more expensive packages allows you to earn more through the compensation plan, so there’s also the presence of pay to play to make matters even better.

Vitaxel reported in their most recent 10Q Filing that they’ve “incurred losses since its inception resulting in an accumulated deficit of $2,457,285 as of September 30, 2016.”

Money is being lost, there isn’t any legit product being offered, and the only way to (potentially) make money is by recruiting other individuals to join this failing company.

Vitaxel will collapse once recruitment activity eventually dies down, but until then, your best bet is to stay as far away from this train wreck as possible.
