Exactly What Is Vitae Global?

Vitae Global and Valentus have been at arms with each other for months over legal issues, and shortly after their disputes were settled, we’re now seeing what sort of impact the situation had on the companies.

Valentus appears to be mostly untouched, but it was recently announced that Vitae Global has been shut down.

If you visit Vitae Global’s website, you’ll see a message saying that the company “is no longer is business as of Thursday, April 12th, 2018.”

According to Alexa rankings, traffic for Vitae Global saw a decent increase during the last quarter of 2017, but quickly and sharply declined throughout all of its life in 2018.

Back in May of last year, Advanced Laboratories and its own, Louis Volpe, hit Valentus with a lawsuit regarding a contract dispute. Valentus fired back with a counterclaim regarding RICO violations, and it was targeted at Volpe and his other company — Vitae Global.

After months of back and forth, Valentus and Vitae Global decided to settle on February 21, 2018. The move was a bit shocking considering the claims being made against the two companies, and just a couple months later, Vitae Global is now calling it quits.

Vitae Global Scam

In its wake, co-founder Jim Britt is launching a reboot of sorts in the form of Viba Global.

Viba Global is an opportunity through which members can sell Vitae Global products to retail customers, but the MLM nature of Vitae Global is nowhere in sight.

Any Vitae Global affiliates will be signed up for a monthly autoship plan that allows them to earn an additional 10% commission on any retail sales they complete, with Viba Global stating —

“As a Lean Java Bean affiliate qualified by being on auto-ship, you will have the opportunity to earn from a future bonus pool, earn vacation packages and many other prizes.”

However, once this deal is up, affiliates will earn the regular retail commission rate of 30% per order.

Viba Global has yet to disclose any other specifics regarding its operation, so it’s difficult to make any final judgements on it for the time being.

It’s shaping up to be a pretty simple reboot for selling leftover Vitae Global products, but should anything interesting come out of it, I’ll be sure to let you know.
