What The Heck Is Vida Divina?

One of the most popular niches in the world of multi-level marketing is that of the weight loss niche. This has proven to be a possible area of great success, and as a result, numerous companies try to hop on board the bandwagon.

The latest company to try their hand out at the world of weight loss products it that of Vida Divina. Vida Divina is currently being run out of California in the United States, and a man by the name of Armand Puyolt is listed to be both the CEO and Founder of the company.

If this name sounds familiar, that’s because Puyolt was previously known for his work with a piece called “Total Life Changes.”

Total Life Changes was a big marketing shtick that saw publication on BusinessForHome – created and run by Ted Nuyten. This marketing push went on for a few years, and Puyolt saw himself earning $2 million in 2012, and another $3 million in the year 2014.

With Total Life Changes, Puyolt claimed that the products he was marketing and talking about cured cancer that he previously had.

However, Total Life Changes wasn’t Puyolt’s firs rodeo in the world of MLM. In fact, Puyolt’s career for multi-level marketing first started way back in 1996 as an affiliate for the company ACN. Puyolt eventually left ACN 4 years later in the year 2000, and then decided to join another company named Metabolife International.

Unfortunately for Metabolife, the company was discovered to be guilty of processing tax returns that were found to be fraudulent. And, as a result of this, the entire company was fined a whopping fee of $600,000.

Luckily for Puyolt, the man claims on his LinkedIn profile page that he broke his affiliation with Metabolife in 2004 – exactly one year before the company was found guilty for their fraudulent tax returns.

Puyolt eventually left Total Life Changes in May of this year – 2016 – and then went on to launch his latest venture. That venture is Vida Divina, and it’s now time to see just what Puyolt has to bring to the table with his newest addition to the MLM world.

What Are The Vida Divina Products?

At the time of this writing, Vida Divina currently doesn’t have any information on their website regarding the product line that the company will be offering.

With that said, we are able to gather a fairly solid idea of what the company will have to offer thanks to previous marketing materials they’ve used.

From what we’ve been able to tell, Vida Divina will offer their affiliates and customers a type of weight-loss tea – not unlike what was previously offered with Total Life Changes. But yes, it looks like there are proper products just like with Life Tree World so this is good to see.

What About The Compensation Plan For Vida Divina?

When it comes down to making money, affiliates for Vida Divina have a few options at their disposal.

Affiliates can make money by either selling products to retail consumers, recruiting other affiliate to join the company, or through a residual commission plan that is organized by a binary payment structure.

Vida Divina Affiliate Ranks

As with any major multi-level marketing agency, Vida Divina has various ranks for their affiliates to work and progress through. The company has 15 different ranks set up for their affiliates to level up through, and all of the higher ranks can be obtained by generating a greater Group Volume – also referred to as GV.

Each rank requires that an affiliate maintain 120 PV – Personal Volume – each month, so the higher ranks are only determined by an increase in an affiliate’s GV.

Additionally, these GV amounts must be maintained on a monthly basis in order for an affiliate to keep that rank.

Retail Commissions

As you would probably expect, affiliates for Vida Divina are paid a certain commission for every retail sale of the company’s products that they make.

In regards to how much this commission is valued at, Vida Divina says that it is the difference in price between both the wholesale and retail cost.

Recruitment Commissions

When a new affiliate signs up for Vida Divina, they are encouraged to purchase something that’s called a “Starter Pack.” Once this Starter Pack has been purchased, the affiliate who initially recruited the, will be able to earn a certain percentage of all their generated volume that is commissionable.

However, the amount of this commissionable volume is entirely dependent on how much an affiliate decides to spend when they sign up for Vida Divina.

The Starter Packs that Vida Divina offers range from $150 to $1200 in price, so the more money that is spent, the more money that can be potentially earned.

Residual Commissions

Vida Divina also offers their affiliates to earn money through residual commissions, and these are handled through the use of a binary system.

With this binary system, one affiliate is placed at the very top of a team, and new affiliates are recruited to fill positions that are directly below them. This binary team splits up into two different sections, and Vida Divina totals up the total volume of sales from both sides of the binary team at the end of each month.

Once these totals have been calculated, affiliates earn a certain percentage of the sales volume that was generated on the weaker side of the binary team that month.

Here, that percentage will increased depending on the rank that an affiliate has.

Vida Divina Compensation Plan

Matching Binary Bonus

Along with getting commissions to recruit new folks to join Vida Divina, the company also hands out matching bonuses on affiliates that you have personally recruited.

Additionally, Vida Divina also offers a matching bonus through residual commissions that is handled with a unilevel system.

Vida Divina only pays out this bonus to the first seven levels of a team within each unilevel team, and the higher your position here, the more money you stand to make with the matching bonuses.

What’s The Cost Of Joining Vida Divina?

If you’re interested in joining Vida Divina, you’ll be required to first purchase one of the company’s Starter Packs.

While Vida Divina does not have any official pricing information for these packs on their website, we are able to determine their costs thanks to different marketing presentations that the company has previously held.

From those presentations, we’ve determined that Vida Divina’s Starter Packs start out at $150 and go all the way up to $1200.

As we’ve seen in the compensation plan, the more money that an affiliate spends on this Starter Pack, the more money they and their recruiting affiliate stand to earn.

However, there are some things you need to watch out for.

This is how you will be successful in online marketing. See the image below for details.

Finally, My Vida Divina Review And Conclusion!

Armand Puyolt is certainly no stranger to the world of multi-level marketing. The man’s been invested into this line of work since the late 1990s, and it looked like he’d finally found his passion project with Total Life Changes.

The man was selling products that he claimed to have saved his life, however, he was quick to leave the company just a few years after getting it started.

From a business standpoint, Total Life Changes looks to be on a pretty rocky road. While the company does have a product line, its main focus certainly seems to be on recruiting more affiliates to join rather than selling to retail customers.

Although it is a bit too early to tell if this is exactly the case for Vida Divina, it would appear that that’s the same focus this company will be taking.

There is a product line and retail sales are a possibility, but Vid Divina’s compensation plan is much more heavily geared towards direct recruitment and residual commissions.

What’s likely going to happen is this –

All of the successful affiliate for Total Life Changes will see a similar structure with Vida Divina, hop on board, and claim all of the top-earning spots.

Once all of these spots are taken, the opportunity to make real money within the company will quickly decline.

And, from what we’ve seen so far, Vida Divina will likely experience the same decline and collapse that Total Life Changes will soon be encountering as well.
