U-Mind Space Review – Is This A Good Opportunity Or Big Scam?
U-Mind Space has been getting a lot of attention on the web lately.
Because there is so much hype, a lot of network marketers are trying to sell this opportunity all over the place, including all over social media.
I want to let you all know that I am NOT in any way promoting or selling U-Mind Space.
I have simply gathered for you all the facts in this U-Mind Space Review in order for you to make a proper decision about it.
So, is it true? Is U-Mind Space a scam?
Can it really help you build an online empire?
Let’s carry on with the review.
What Is U-Mind Space?
When talking about U-Mind Space, one of the first things I need to touch on is the lack of background information that you’ll find on the company’s official website. There’s an address listed in California in the United States (more on that in a bit), but that’s absolutely it.
I tried digging around for mention on who owns the company or when it was launched, but this info isn’t anywhere to be found at all.
Move things over to the domain name registration, and this is where we can start to put some puzzle pieces together.
The U-Mind Space domain was registered on August 9, 2016, the owner is listed to be Kevin Lee, and there’s also an address listed over in California. However, this address is not the same one that’s found on U-Mind Space’s website.
That California address found within the domain registration belongs to some sort of residential property in La Canada in California, and the one found on the website itself is actually a virtual address that’s owned by Regus.
I attempted to build up some background data on Kevin Lee, but I was unfortunately unable to do so. Lee does appear to be a real person that truthfully exists, and the lack of info in this case can be attributed to the language barriers I’m currently up against due to Lee’s Korean nationality and origin.
What Are The Products For U-Mind Space?
Switching the conversation over to the product line that U-Mind Space is bringing to the table, this is an area where things are quite disappointing.
You won’t find any products or services within U-Mind Space’s setup, and this means that nothing is being sold to retail customers.
As a direct result, it’s impossible for any retail sales activity to take place.
When someone decides that they’d like to become an affiliate for U-Mind Space, their affiliate membership comes bundled with access to a mobile application that offers some sort of e-commerce platform.
The app also features social communication tools, and there’s a lot of talk about AI technology it comes equipped with as well.
What Is The Compensation Plan For U-Mind Space?
Upon deciding that you’d like to be an affiliate for U-Mind Space, you’ll need to pay a fee in order to official join the company.
There are three different ways to pay this fee, and they include —
- U-Mind Royal — Affiliates pay a single fee of $2000
- U-Mind Noble — Affiliates pay a single fee of $1000 and then $100 per month
- U-Mind Prestige — Affiliates pay an ongoing fee of $10 per month
Once you pay this fee, your ultimate goal is to then recruit other people to join and pay their respective fee as well. When you do this, you’re able to earn commissions.
U-Mind Space runs both a binary and unilevel system for organizing all of the residual recruitment commissions that get paid out to members, and these setups function just like you’d expect them to from a company along these lines.
Money is paid out to members as they recruit more and more people, and the affiliates that do the most recruiting and build up the biggest downlines are compensated the most.
What’s Does It Cost To Join U-Mind Space?
If you have any interest in joining U-Mind Space for whatever reason, you’ll need to choose one of the three plans I mentioned above in order to pay the mandatory fee. Once you do this, you’ll be eligible to start earning commission within the company.

U-Mind Space Review Conclusion
As per the U-Mind Space website, the company is a, “Global Society of the members of all the Like-Minded Communities who collectively market, use & share the best product on earth.”
Also on U-Mind Space’s website is a lot of talk about its mobile app and the AI features that I briefly mentioned earlier. One section of the website that describes this functionality reads as follows —
“Major aspects of Psychology and Statistics are already in place and the upgrades for Image Recognition & Natural Language Processing have been in progress, as well as the digitalization of the Oriental Academic Heritage, including Physiognomy and I Ching.”
Despite all of the talk for the app on the U-Mind Space site, it doesn’t appear to have anything at all to do with the compensation plan.
Speaking of the compensation plan, things get even murkier the further you dig into it.
Based off of what we’ve talked about so far, it’s easy to see that U-Mind Space’s main offering is nothing more than a recruitment scheme. You join the company by paying a fee and are then compensated to recruit other people who join and do the same thing.
However, if you choose to pay the $2000 one-time fee at the U-Royal level, you are given access to some sort of investment opportunity.
When paying that $2000 fee, you are given between 500 and 1000, “common stocks of the Company.” That “company” is said to be U-Mind Space, Inc., so I decided to look up the company through the SEC’s Edgar database.
After searching for the company and using multiple variations of its name, I came up completely empty-handed.
As such, Kevin Lee and U-Mind Space are not authorized by any means to offer securities to people within the United States.
This is blatantly illegal activity, but U-Mind Space seems to think that using bitcoin is the answer to this problem, saying that, “Using BitCoin as the only currency removes all the hassle & problems in the international Transactions for Global Expansion.”
Add all of this together, and you’ve got a recruitment pyramid scheme combined with a situation where securities are being offered to people in an illegal fashion.
I’m sure you don’t need me to tell you at this point, but I will anyways —
For the love of God, please don’t get mixed up with U-Mind Space. The initial offering might seem good at first, but this is clearly not the place to be for anyone.
I sure hope that you have found my U-Mind Space review helpful for you.
