TelexBit Review – Is This A Good Opportunity Or Big Scam?

TelexBit ReviewTelexBit has been getting a lot of attention on the web lately.

Because there is so much hype, a lot of network marketers are trying to sell this opportunity all over the place, including all over social media.

I want to let you all know that I am NOT in any way promoting or selling TelexBit.

I have simply gathered for you all the facts in this TelexBit Review in order for you to make a proper decision about it.

So, is it true? Is TelexBit a scam?

Can it really help you build an online empire?

Let’s carry on with the review.

What Is TelexBit?

Today, we’re going to be taking a look at the company TelexBit. TelexBit uses bitcoins to handle all of the payments that go in and out of the company, and the company offers a sort of phone service to their affiliates.

According to the affiliate agreement that is clearly listed on the TelexBit website, it is stated that all regulations that take place within the company are held under Brazilian law. So, as a result of this, we find it very safe to assume that this is where the company is being run and operated out of.

Now, in regards to who is actually behind TelexBit, that’s a bit of a different story. On their website, TelexBit makes no attempt at all to cover up the fact that they are the creation of past investors and people who were previously involved with TelexFree.

For those who aren’t familiar, TelexFree was a similar multi-level marketing opportunity that was discovered to be a Ponzi scheme. The company made off with more than $3 billion worth of investments, and was easily one of the worst Ponzi schemes that has ever been in existence.

Speaking more specifically on the website itself, its domain name appears to have been registered on August 3rd of this year – 2016. Unfortunately, since the domain was registered under a private state, we are unable to determine when or who was behind the registration process.

So, what we’re essentially looking at is a company that doesn’t do anything to hide the fact that they are essentially a reboot of a former Ponzi scheme. This certainly doesn’t give off a great first impression at all, but for the sake of things, let’s see what TelexBit has to bring to the table.

TelexBit Scam

What Are The Products For TelexBit?

The only product that TelexBit has to offer is a VoIP service that goes by the name of 99TelexBit. The service goes for $49.90 each month, and features packed in to the service include guaranteed coverage for both national and international calls, ability to call anywhere on the planet, option to integrate the service with other VoIP workstations, and more.

Along with being able to buy the service themselves, affiliates for TelexBit can also sell the service to retail customers.

What Is The Compensation Plan For TelexBit?

In regards to the compensation plan that the company has set in place, TelexBit awards affiliates with money when they sell TelexBit plans to retail customers and recruit other individuals to sign up for the affiliate program as well.

On top of this, TelexBit affiliates also have the opportunity to invest into promised ROIs and can earn even more money through a residual compensation plan.

Retail Commissions

As we mentioned above, affiliates can earn a commission each time they are able to sell the 99TelexBit service to a retail customer. When this sale takes place, the selling affiliate earns a commission valued at 10% of the retail sale – or $4.90 per month.

That’s a relatively small commission for having to sell a phone service that costs nearly $50, but if you’re able to sell enough of these, you have the potential to earn a steady monthly income as long as your customers continue to subscribe to the service.

Along with these direct retail sales, affiliates can also earn residual commissions through the use of a unilevel payment system.

Only the first 5 levels of a team are able to take part in these earnings, but if an affiliate is eligible, they stand to make a 2% commission off of all retail sales that take place within their unilevel team. So, the more you and your team members sell, the more money you can make each month.

AdCentral ROIs

You know how we mentioned that affiliates could invest into promised ROIs? That whole process takes place with the use of TelexBit’s AdCentral positions.

These positions go for $289 a pop, or $1375 if you decide to purchase five positions at once – referred to as the AdCentral Family Group.

Once an affiliate has purchased one of these AdCentral positions, they must then set out to send off spam and advertising that’s given to them directly from TelexBit themselves. If an investing affiliate continually does this, they are then eligible to receive the 99TelexBit service free of charge.

Selling back an AdCentral position will grant you with a measly $20, and if you want to hold onto one of these positions for more than a year, you’ll be required to reinvest 20% of the total return on investment that you earned throughout that year.

Recruitment Commissions

Another way to make money through TelexBit comes in the form of recruitment commissions. These commissions are organized with a binary system, and the positions here can be filled by both direct and indirect recruitment methods.

TelexBit Compensation Plan

However, if an affiliate wants to take part in the recruitment commissions that are available, they’ll need to recruit at least 2 other affiliates who then invest into an AdCentral position.

At the end of every day, TelexBit goes through the binary system and sees how many new affiliates have been recruited on both sides. From here, if an affiliate has met the minimum requirements in order to partake in these recruitment commissions, they’ll earn $20 per new affiliate that has joined that day. However, their daily earnings cap will be set at $440.

If an affiliate wants to raise that earnings cap, they’ll have to get their recruited affiliates to both invest into the AdCentral Family package. If this takes place, the recruiting affiliates will then have that cap raise all the way up to $15,360 a day.

What’s Does It Cost To Join TelexBit?

If joining TelexBit sounds intriguing to you, you’ll be required to hand over membership dues of $50 every year.

However, this won’t enable you to take part in the MLM aspect of the company. In order for this to take place, you’ll have to shell out an additional amount of at least $289 for one of the AdCentral investment positions.

TelexBit Review Conclusion

From what we’ve seen, through both the background info of TelexBit and their compensation plan, it doesn’t take long to realize that there’s nothing legitimate at all about this so-called “company.”

They people behind this clearly have ties to TelexFree, and they aren’t doing anything at all to cover this fact up. In fact, it’s almost like they want people to know that they have past involvement with one of the worst Ponzi schemes that the world has ever seen.

If we look at the company’s compensation plan, it doesn’t take long to see that the main focus is clearly on investing and enlisting more and more people to join the affiliate program.

Retail sales do exist, but we find it very unlikely that many people are going to be willing to shell out almost $50 each month for yet another type of phone service.

So, as a result, the main source of income for affiliates will be through the act of investing their money for promised ROIs, and commissions that are earned by recruiting more people to join.

And, here’s the kicker to the whole ordeal. All of the payments within TelexBit are handled via bitcoin, and thanks to the nature of this currency, it will be nearly impossible for investors to recover their funds when the company does collapse.

Early investors will most certainly jump on the TelexBit bandwagon with yet another opportunity to scam people out of their money in order to make a quick buck, but there’s simply no legitimate opportunity to be had here with TelexBit.
