In the last few weeks, Synergy Worldwide has been getting a lot of attention in the network marketing circles.
With all this hype, I am sure you have seen some of your friends trying to sell Synergy Worldwide in your social media feeds.
The first thing you need to know is that I am NOT an affiliate or distributor for Synergy Worldwide.
I wanted to gather all the information about Synergy Worldwide in my Synergy Worldwide Review in order for you to make a decision about joining Synergy Worldwide.
Is Synergy Worldwide legit or a scam?
Will it be able to deliver on it’s promises to you?
Let me show you in my unbiased review of Synergy Worldwide.
Read on to find out what you need to know.
What The Heck Is Synergy Worldwide?
In today’s review, I’m going to be taking a look at an MLM opportunity by the name of Synergy Worldwide.
Synergy Worldwide operates in the niche of health and wellness, and it was founded all the way back in 1999 by a Dan Higginson.
Based out of Utah in the United States along with Synergy Worldwide, Higginson’s corporate bio on the official website for the company says that, “Dan’s goal was to build a company that would help people everywhere attain better health, grow more prosperous, and support communities in need.”
Around 2000, a year after its launch, Synergy Worldwide was sold off to a company by the name of Nature’s Sunshine Products — also referred to as NSP.
NSP is the entity that’s responsible for Nature’s Sunshine, and products for both Nature’s Sunshine and Synergy Worldwide are manufactured by NSP (also based in Utah).
Despite being owned by NSP, Dan Higginson is still the direct owner of Synergy Worldwide.
I tried doing a bit of research to see what Higginson’s MLM history consisted of, but I wasn’t able to find much. The corporate bio for Dan cites that he used to act as a professional speaker and providing people with consulting on personal growth and management.
What Are The Synergy Worldwide Products?
As I mentioned above, Synergy Worldwide operates in the niche of health and wellness. The company’s product line mostly consists of nutritional supplements that aim to all help your body be as strong and healthy as possible, and the main categories for all of the Synergy Worldwide’s products include —
- Heart Health
- Core Nutrition
- Weight Management
- Personal Care
There appears to be a decent amount of variety available in regards to the products that Synergy Worldwide has for sale, but I found it quite odd that the official website doesn’t list any retail pricing for anything. There’s plenty of data for wholesale pricing information, but you won’t find anything at all on the retail side of things.
The reasoning for this is unknown.
What About The Compensation Plan For Synergy Worldwide?
In order to make a buck as an affiliate for Synergy Worldwide, you sell products to retail customers in turn for a commission.
It’s also possible to earn money by recruiting other individuals to join the affiliate program, and after surveying everything that the compensation plan has to offer, it’s quite evident that a lot of emphasis is placed on affiliate recruitment above all else.
Upon first deciding to join Synergy Worldwide’s affiliate membership, you’ll be given the choice between three different plans that you can purchase — Leader, Executive, and Elite.
These plans are acquired by purchasing 150 PV, 300 PV, and 500 PV respectively of Synergy Worldwide product, and choosing to get a more expensive plan will allow you to increase your overall income potential within the compensation plan.
Once you’ve decided which starter package you’d like to purchase, you’ll then nee to ensure that you’re generating a bare minimum of 240 PV every six months. Failing to do so will result in you not being considered an active affiliate, and as such, you won’t be able to earn any commissions.
However, this isn’t the only commission qualification that needs to be met.
In addition to this, there are three different qualification plans that you can choose to get affiliated with.
The three plans are Basic, Standard, and Elite, and they have you purchasing a minimum of 60 PV, 120 PV, and 150 PV every month.
Retail and Recruitment Commissions
After finally qualifying for commissions, you then have two primary methods of earning money.
The first of those, retail, requires you to sell product to retail customers in order to snag a commission.
Affiliates can choose to sell products directly, or by first purchasing product for themselves and then reselling it to retail buyers.
In addition to this, there’s also a very strong presence of recruitment commissions.
When you get someone to join Synergy Worldwide as an Executive member, you’ll be able to grab a nice commission of $50. And, if you can get them to join as an Elite-ranked affiliate, that commission will be increased to $100.
Furthermore, if you recruit someone and they then decide to purchase another 150 PV of product at once within six months of their membership, you’ll be able to get another bonus commission of $25.
What’s The Cost Of Joining Synergy Worldwide?
If you’re for some reason intrigued by what Synergy Worldwide has to offer, you’ll first need to pay a basic membership fee that costs $24.95.
From there, you’ll need to decided which membership level you’d like to join with.
You have the Leader, Executive, and Elite plans to choose from, with each one respectively requiring you to purchase 150 PV, 300 PV, and 500 PV worth of product.
So, Is There A Synergy Worldwide Scam Going On?
Have you been hearing rumours that Synergy Worldwide is a scam?
After reading this review, you might still be asking yourself if it is really legit.
So – what is the truth? Is there really a Synergy Worldwide scam going on?
If I am being perfectly honest, Synergy Worldwide isn’t entirely a scam.
However, there are some things you need to watch out for.
This is how you will be successful in online marketing. See the image below for details.
Finally, My Synergy Worldwide Review And Conclusion!
Synergy Worldwide is a rather big mess, but I’ll try to break it down and explain just what’s going on as simply as I can.
For starters, the product line looks fine. The amount of items being sold is drastically less than what you can get with Nature’s Sunshine’s product line, but there’s still a fair amount to choose from.
However, what’s not so great is the compensation plan.
Although retail sales can technically exist within Synergy Worldwide, so much emphasis is placed on self-qualifying for commissions, affiliate recruitment, and pay to play.
Affiliates within Synergy Worldwide are directly compensated for recruiting other people to join the opportunity, and this activity is generally referred to as chain-recruitment — something that you never want to see when looking at a prospective MLM opportunity.
Recruitment is the name of the game when it comes to Synergy Worldwide, and unless you’re on the hunt for something like that, you’ve got much better options out there.
I really hope you have gained value from my Synergy Worldwide Review.
