Riway Review – Is This A Good Opportunity Or Big Scam?

Riway ReviewRiway has been getting a lot of attention on the web lately.

Because there is so much hype, a lot of network marketers are trying to sell this opportunity all over the place, including all over social media.

I want to let you all know that I am NOT in any way promoting or selling Riway.

I have simply gathered for you all the facts in this Riway Review in order for you to make a proper decision about it.

So, is it true? Is Riway a scam?

Can it really help you build an online empire?

Let’s carry on with the review.

What Is Riway?

Today, I’m reviewing a company in the niche of nutritional supplements by the name of “Riway.”

Riway was founded by CEO Lim Boon Hong back in 2008, and looking through the company’s official website, it markets itself mostly to that of the Asian market.

In addition to its main headquarters being located in Singapore, Riway also claims to have other offices in the following locations:

  • Malaysia
  • Indonesia
  • Thailand
  • Myanmar
  • The Philippines
  • Taiwan
  • Japan

As for Lim Boon Hong’s corporate bio on the Riway site, it doesn’t offer any specific information on the man’s background. Instead, it reads as follows:

“With his keen business acumen and excellent management abilities, he continuously seeks to improve and insists on leading by example to establish Riway’s market leadership with a determined conviction as he sets his eyes on the global stage, so that everyone could have the opportunity to lead an extraordinary life of freedom.”

Prior to launching Riway, Hong was supposedly an affiliate for Nu Skin.

According to one article that I came across:

“the founder Dr Lim Boon Hong and his entourage (Claudia Ong and others) were mlm salespeople from Nuksin [sic], before this Enyouth, before Enyouth DW Group, before DW was Asayo.

They excel in pseudoscience health products such as biomagnetic products (matresses, bed pads) and such.

Plenty of youth people were taken in and cheated of their monies when they were in operation.

Their loved ones and families were not spared either as the target segment was naturally the new joiners in the MLM and their immediate family nexus.”

What Are The Products For Riway?

With Riway’s product line, there are only two items to be familiar with — Puriter Placenta and Conscientious.

Riway describes the two products as an “anti-aging live-cell therapy” and “elusive elixir for the skin”, respectively, but that’s about all there is to see.

No pricing information or exact ingredients are offered for either product, and that’s never a good sign. Riway uses a hokey YouTube marketing video as its way of providing more info on Puriter Placenta while the following text is used to offer more insight on Conscientious:

“Through years of extensive research and development, we have perfected the most exclusive and ultimate luxurious essence spray.

Each drop of CONSCIENTIOUS Essence is infused with potent high concentrations of the finest, purest and most botanical ingredients, directly from nature’s best onto the skin.

The ingredients work together synergistically to provide instant and revolutionary results which transforms the look of the skin.”

What Is The Compensation Plan For Riway?

When it comes to the compensation plan, things are awfully basic.

Should you decide to join the company, you’ll be asked to purchase a starter pack. Once you do this, your main goal is to then convince other people to do the same thing.

This results in recruitment being the main focus for all Riway affiliates, and in the MLM space, that results in the company operating as a pyramid scheme.

What’s Does It Cost To Join Riway?

In order to join Riway, you’ll need to buy one of the following starter packs:

  • Silver costs $375.68
  • Gold costs $755.29
  • Platinum costs $1425.88
  • Diamond costs $2450.98
