Maelle Beauty has been getting a lot of attention on the web lately.

I want to let you all know that I am NOT in any way promoting or selling Maelle Beauty.

Let’s carry on with the review.
IMPORTANT Update on February 10th 2017 – Maelle Beauty has ceased business at this time (and at least for the next 5 months) due to legal battle with Younique.
This is unfortunate.
I was not promoting Maelle but from my review (and covering externally), I saw the business has high quality and doing great things.
They have vowed to keep fighting.
In the past, I have had situations where my “partnered” business opportunity would go through tough times such as these.
It’s very difficult that’s for sure.
However, you do need to find a way of moving forward during the problems.
I don’t know if this suits you or not, but you are welcome to click here to see how I can potentially help you with my easy simple business system.
Hopefully Maelle will return but I can potentially help either way and if it turns out to be a good fit. Click Here to see how I can offer guidance with a home business system/opportunity.
What Is Maelle Beauty?
When you think of successful multi-level marketing companies, what’s one of the first ones that comes to your mind? For a lot of folks, the company Avon is a great example of how to run and manage a successful company that’s based in the field of multi-level marketing.
Avon has been around for quite some time, and during the company’s years of operation, they’ve established a pretty incredible line of products that they are able to sell to retail consumers – both directly and through the use of affiliates that they have recruited.
Why is Avon so successful though? While there’s no denying that the company spends a great deal of marketing and advertising, there’s one, basic reason as to why it’s seen as much success as it has.
That answer? They have a line of physical products that they are able to sell to retail consumers.
Multi-level marketing companies are a dime a dozen these days, and the majority of these new MLM companies try to hit the ground running with no product line to speak of. While this may make launching the business much easier, it doesn’t do anything to help the longevity of the company.
So, when we heard of Maelle Beauty, we were quite interested to see what the company has to offer.
Similar to Avon, Maelle operates in the niche field of beauty and cosmetic products. The company’s CEO goes by the name of Chris Welch, and from what we’ve seen so far, they’re off to a pretty fair start.
Maelle Beauty had an initial prelaunch back in June of this year (2016), and was able to gather a pretty healthy amount of fans and traffic during this time – specifically through various social networking sites like Twitter and Facebook.
Maelle Beauty is currently set to officially launch later this year in October, so with less than 2 months to go before the big day, what’s the state of Maelle look like?
In order to answer that question, we need to take a closer look at just what it is the company has to offer.
What Are The Products For Maelle Beauty?
You know how we put a great deal of emphasis on Avon’s product line and that being one of the main reasons the company has seen so much success? Similar to that, Maelle Beauty has their own product line as well.
Although it isn’t anywhere near as extensive as the one that’s offered by Avon, seeing a MLM company with a legitimate product line occurs not nearly as often as it should in mid-2016.
As for the products that are offered, Maelle is currently bundling them all together through what the company calls their “Starter Kit”. This starter kit is not what retail customers will purchase, but is something that’s exclusively available for those interested in signing up as an affiliate for the company.
Within this Starter Kit, there are 5 different products that Maelle is including. More specifically, the Starter Kit includes –
- Wrinkles Away
- Work to Play Eyeshadow Palette
- Filmstar Eyelash Curler
- Above & Beyond Mascara
- Secret Illuminator
None of these products are particularly revolutionary of things that we haven’t seen before from similar companies, but it’s a pretty fair start for a company that hasn’t even officially launched yet.
And, since Maelle is still so young in its life cycle, there’s a great chance and opportunity for this product line to expand and grow over the years as the company hopefully matures over time.
What Is The Compensation Plan For Maelle Beauty?
This is a multi-level marketing company after all, so the compensation plan that’s set in place is just as important as the product line that’s being offered.
In order to start making money as an affiliate, members will be required to throw down $89 for the Starter Pack that we previously talked about. Along with the included products that we outlined above, affiliates will also obtain a convenient pouch to carry all of these items in, a fancy charm to represent your early involvement with the company, and training about how to market yourself with social media from Mari Smith herself.
Once you sign up for Maelle Beauty and purchase your Starter Kit, you’re ready to get out there and start selling beauty products!
However, there are a few key details about the compensation plan that we feel are worth going over.
In order to stay active as an affiliate for Maelle, you’ll be required to sell a minimum of $50 worth of products every 3 months. This is a pretty fair requirement to beat, and it helps to ensure that affiliates are doing what they signed up to do in the first place.
Additionally, you’ll have the option to form your own team once you sign up. Once you create a team, you’re able to recruit additional affiliates that are positioned below you, and you’re then able to make money off of their sales as well.
However, in order to keep this team alive, you’ll be required to sell at least $100 worth of goods every single month.
And, finally, Maelle allows their affiliates to sell their products through their very own website. This allows retail customers to purchase Maelle Beauty products online, and affiliates will still earn their commission.
While that is certainly a nice perk to have, affiliates will be required to shell out an additional $89 in order to get their own personal website to sell their products.
What’s Does It Cost To Join Maelle Beauty?
As stated before, in order to begin earning commissions with Maelle Beauty, an affiliate must purchase a $89 Starter Pack.

Maelle Beauty Review Conclusion
With an entry fee of $89, joining Maelle is a relatively affordable venture. Investing in your own personal site will drive this cost up, and it seems like a necessary addition if you really want to make the most of your sales.
So, with all of this information laid out there, what’s the future look like for Maelle Beauty?
From what we’ve seen so far, the company is off to a pretty solid start.
Although the product line isn’t the most expansive that we’ve ever seen, it’s still a commendable start for a company that has only gone through a soft prelaunch so far.And yes, there are proper quality legit products unlike a junk opportunity pseudo pyramid scheme like Traffic Powerline.
Maelle’s main focus is not on recruiting more people to join as affiliates, but rather on getting their current affiliates to sell the company’s products. This is something we don’t see nearly as frequently as we should in the MLM realm, so this is a very welcome breath of fresh air.
The only real downside to the whole setup, is that Maelle doesn’t offer any training to folks who are new to the world of selling. People that have had experience in this industry before shouldn’t have a problem at all, but the company should consider lending a helping hand to people who are making Maelle their first foray into the world of MLM.
As a whole, Maelle Beauty seems to offer a pretty compelling operation for those who believe they’re reliable and committed salespeople. Your success within this company will be entirely dependent on your ability to sell, and while that may not be as convenient as MLM opportunities who focus on recruiting new people to join, it sure is a heck of a lot more legitimate.
