Is MacroCoin legit or a scam?
Will it be able to deliver on it’s promises to you?
Let me show you in my unbiased review of MacroCoin.
Read on to find out what you need to know.
What The Heck Is MacroCoin?
MacroCoin is a new MLM company that involves investing in its own crypto currency. The website (macrocoin.info) was setup on the 26th of August, 2016 with incomplete registration details, and doesn’t actually state anywhere any details about who owns or runs it. The information about their compensation plan, however, does mention the ‘UECB Group’ who, according to a background page on the MacroCoin website “bring years of experience in financial and private sectors worldwide”.
This group seems to be responsible for running MacroCoin, and further research on them reveals Simon Karakas and Rok Potocnik as being the CEO and Senior Executive respectively. They both have a track record of involvement in suspicious companies in the sector, with Karakas having created another crypto-currency called MCoin through a company called Coins Race. This company failed after operating for less than a year, and MacroCoin seems to be based on the ideas that he used then.
What Are The MacroCoin Products?
MacroCoin do not offer any products or services for retail to customers. The opportunity available for affiliates involves the recruitment of further affiliates to the scheme.
Affiliates are also able to purchase MacroCoins (the crypto-currency that the company is based around) for various discounts depending on the level of their membership.
What About The Compensation Plan For MacroCoin?
There are a number of ways in which MacroCoin affiliates are able to earn through the compensation plan. It all starts with the investment into one of the five membership packages on offer. They are:
- Starter Membership for €250 (members are limited to earning a maximum of $500US per week)
- Intermediate Membership for €850 (members are limited to earning a maximum of $1500US per week)
- VIP Membership for €2000 (members are limited to earning a maximum of $4500US per week)
- Super Membership for €5000 (members are limited to earning a maximum of $13,500US per week)
- Co-Founder Membership for €10,000 (members are limited to earning a maximum of $13,500US per week)
The ways that MacroCoin affiliates earn are as follows:
- Direct Recruitment Commission
MacroCoin Affiliates earn a 10% commission of everything that is invested by other affiliates that they have directly recruited to the company as long as the new affiliates are investing in the same package as the initial affiliate or a lower one. If they invest in a higher level package the commission goes up the chain until it reaches the first qualifying affiliate who is eligible to receive commission for that level package.
- Residual Recruitment Commissions
MacroCoin uses a binary structure to determine the payouts of the residual recruitment commission. This is created by placing the initial affiliate in a position at the top of the structure. Directly beneath them a further two positions are created to form the first level. The second level is formed by creating another two positions beneath each of those on level 1, and so on.
The total investment made from either side of the structure is calculated at the end of each week, and affiliates are paid a commission based on the weaker performing side. To qualify for this commission an affiliate must have recruited at least two new members to the scheme.
- Matching Bonus
MacroCoin also allows affiliates to earn a matching bonus based on how much those that they have recruited are earning through the residual recruitment commission. This bonus offers between 2% and 7% of the amounts being earned by those that have been directly introduced to the scheme, as well as a further 7 levels down as long as certain recruitment targets have been met.
- Investment Commission
MacroCoin affiliates earn a commission of up to 8% of all investments in MacroCoin that are made by new affiliates that they have directly recruited. The level of commission payable is linked to the membership package that they joined at.
- Co-Founder Referral Bonus
If a MacroCoin affiliate joins at the Co-Founder level, they are eligible to earn a referral bonus of between 20% and 50% by recruiting new members who also join at the Co-Founder level.
- Profit Pool Share
By reaching certain targets across their binary structure, affiliates are able to earn a 1% share of MacroCoin investments across the company.
- OCF Shares
OCF shares are virtual shares in MacroCoin that are given to affiliate members who invest at the intermediate level or higher. Members are able to trade these shares between each other on an internal exchange.
- Macro Foundation Committee
MacroCoin affiliates who have invested at the Co-Founder level are eligible to receive a share in a pool of 1% of MacroCoins global investments.
What’s The Cost Of Joining MacroCoin?
To become an affiliate member with MacroCoin, you need to invest in one of their membership packages. The price ranges from €250 for the starter package to €10,000 for the Co-Founder package. The higher the package you invest at, the higher the potential return from your involvement.
So, Is There A MacroCoin Scam Going On?
Have you been hearing rumours that MacroCoin is a scam?
After reading this review, you might still be asking yourself if it is really legit.
So – what is the truth? Is there really a MacroCoin scam going on?
If I am being perfectly honest, MacroCoin isn’t entirely a scam.
However, there are some things you need to watch out for.
This is how you will be successful in online marketing. See the image below for details.
Finally, My MacroCoin Review And Conclusion!
Since the success of BitCoin, there have been many crypto-currencies setup trying to emulate it- something MacroCoin doesn’t even come close to doing. The methods being employed by MacroCoin have been tried and failed before by the exact same people that are running MacroCoin, so why should this time be any different?
The currency is simply worthless as long as it can only be traded internally through the company, and since there would be no reason for outside investors to purchase any amounts of it, internal trading will be the only future this currency sees.
The compensation plan is also an amalgamation of all the things you don’t want to see in an investment opportunity. From pyramid recruitment rewards to Ponzi fraud, there’s no part of it that seems even remotely sustainable, and it’s bound to leave the majority of its investors out of pocket- particularly when recruitment starts to slow down and people realize their returns aren’t anything like what they had expected.
The returns that MacroCoin is offering to its affiliates are all being funded by the subsequent investments being made by newer affiliates, so when this slows down the returns will stop. As with all schemes that are structured in this way, the vast majority of members will, by definition, lose out- with those that are running the company ending up with most of the funds themselves.
While MacroCoin may appear, on the surface, to offer a unique, exciting concept in the world of crypto-currency, if you scratch a little deeper it soon becomes clear that it is yet another scam designed to siphon whatever funds they can from those investors that decide to give it a chance. Don’t let that be you, there are many other opportunities out there that have sustainable models and are far more worthy of your investment.
