What The Heck Is Jolly 5x Pander?

Jolly 5x Pander is a new recruitment based pyramid scheme that was launched in December of 2016. Unfortunately the website ( does not state who owns or is responsible for running the company, and the domain registration details are set to private so no information can be determined from their either. There is a facebook group for the company that has various admins, but it is unclear who from this group is actually in charge.

With all investment opportunities it is vital that you research as much information about their background as possible before committing any money. Most legitimate MLM companies will provide these details as a matter of course, so any that don’t must be treated with caution. If the owners aren’t willing to publicly stand by their company, then how can anyone be sure that it is a properly run proposition?

Jolly 5x Pander does not provide any products or services for affiliates to sell to retail customers. The opportunity being offered involves the recruitment of new affiliates to the company.

What About The Compensation Plan For Jolly 5x Pander?

Jolly 5x Pander offers investment choices across five different matrix structures within which affiliates will purchase positions. The five structures on offer are a 5×3, 5×4, 5×5, 5×6 and 5×7. The difference between the matrices is simply the number of positions they hold, and the cost price of purchasing a position within them.

Structurally they are created in the same way so we will look at how a 5×3 matrix is formed:

The first affiliate is given a position at the top of the matrix structure. Directly beneath them a further five positions are created to form the first level. Another five positions are created beneath each of those on the first level to form the second level, and the same process happens again to form the third level. With 5 positions on level 1, 25 positions on level 2 and 125 positions on level 3, a 5×3 matrix will hold a total of 155 positions.

Each of these positions can be purchased by either new or existing affiliates. Affiliates will then receive commission based on the number of positions that are subsequently sold within their matrix. The commission levels are:

  • 40% commission of purchases on the first level
  • 30% commission of purchases on the second level
  • 10% commission of purchases on the third level
  • 2% commission of purchases on the fourth, fifth and sixth levels
  • 1% commission of purchases on the seventh level

The cost of positions within each matrix is as follows:

  • Bronze Matrix costs $25 (the 5×3 matrix with 155 positions)
  • Silver Matrix costs $30 (the 5×4 matrix with 780 positions)
  • Gold Matrix costs $80 (the 5×5 matrix with 3,905 positions)
  • Diamond Matrix costs $200 (the 5×6 matrix with 19,530 positions)
  • Platinum Matrix costs $600 (the 5×7 matrix with 97,655 positions)

Finally, My Jolly 5x Pander Review And Conclusion!

Jolly 5x Pander seems suspicious right from the start when they remain tight lipped about the owners and operators of the company. It’s never a good sign when they do that, but after looking deeper into the compensation plan being offered by the company it becomes immediately obvious why they have done so. Jolly 5x Pander is another example of unscrupulous admins trying to pull a fast one at the cost of the affiliates that have become involved in the scheme.

Without there being any other sources of revenue entering the system, affiliates are receiving returns on their investment that are funded purely by future investments being made by other affiliates. This pyramid aspect to the scheme is what will ultimately lead to its collapse and will leave everyone, apart from the admins, out of pocket.

Essentially there are two numbers to look at- the number of positions that need to be sold to recoup your initial investment, and the number of positions that need to be sold to fulfill expectation from a held matrix position. With 40% commission being paid on level one purchases, an affiliate needs to recruit people to purchase at least three positions on the first level to make back their investment. To fully benefit from the matrix structure being offered, however, requires between 155 and 97,655 positions to be sold which, even at the lower figure, is quite an ask. This may be possible to achieve early on in the companies existence, but the reality is that very few matrices will ever run their course, and even if you were to make your money back, that would expose another three affiliates who would, in turn, require another three affiliates to buy positions to recoup their investment. This number quickly grows, and soon the recruitment requirements reach completely unsustainable levels.

Jolly 5x Pander will fail when recruitment levels start to die down. With fewer positions being bought, affiliates will see reductions in the commissions they receive and be less likely to buy further positions for themselves. This will have a compound effect, so once the problem starts it will quickly spread and cause the company to collapse. At this point anyone who hasn’t made back their investment will have lost out, and mathematically that will be the position that the vast majority of affiliates find themselves in. Only the admins will be guaranteed a decent payday because they will be earning at least 60% of all purchases that have been made throughout the lifetime of the company without having had to purchase any positions themselves. This brings us back to their apparent anonymity, which is likely the case because they fully well know that they are running an operation that will ultimately scam most people that get involved.

If you are considering an investment in an MLM company, it is vital that you thoroughly research the opportunity before handing over any money. Many offer sustainable models that give everyone a realistic chance of making a decent return, but in the case of Jolly 5x Pander the odds are overwhelmingly against you to the point where you’d be far better off looking for an alternative proposition.
