Exactly What Is Herbalife?

Finding success with any business during 2020 is a challenge like no other. People’s spending is down, the way we live life has changed, and it’s resulted in a brand new struggle for everyone to adapt to.

This has resulted in some MLM businesses having a rough time this year, but that hasn’t been the case for all of them — a perfect example being Herbalife. The company just shared its Q3 2020 earnings report, and the numbers are looking pretty good.

For reported net sales, Herbalife had $1.5 billion. That’s a year-over-year increase of 22.3% when comparing it directly to Q3 2019. Looking at this from a bigger-picture standpoint, this represents the largest quarterly figure for sales that Herbalife has ever seen.

Herbalife Scam

Herbalife also enjoyed a net sales increase of 25.1%, not counting the impact of new exchange rates with Venezuela. Volume points also hit 1.9 billion, or a 23.2% increase — another new record for Herbalife.

A few other points that stick out include:

  • 10th consecutive quarter of YoY volume point growth
  • Reached 16.4 million common shares with an aggregate cost of $800 million
  • YoY volume point growth in all of the six regions that Herbalife operates

These are incredible numbers for Herbalife not even accounting for all the challenges brought with 2020, so the fact that the company hit these results this year is might impressive.

Q4 2020 looks to be just as strong for Herbalife, and we can’t wait to see what the final numbers are once they come in.
