Get started by reading my review below.

Exactly What Is Amzbit?

In the case of Amzbit, we’re dealing with an MLM opportunity positioned within the niche of e-commerce.

Amzbit’s website shows a corporate address in Florida in the United States, and Burke Hedges and Sean Connors appear to be the two “minds behind Amzbit.”

As for how the company came to be, the “our story” section on the site reads as follows:

“Burke Hedges and Sean Connors, the minds behind Amzbit, recognized that greed and corruption had taken over a lot of business and were looking for a positive way to help people earn money while also providing 100% transparency.

A chance meeting, that turned into a brainstorming session eventually gave rise to the idea of Amzbit.”

Before his time with Amzbit, Burke Hedges was acting as an affiliate for LifeVantage. Hedges was one of LifeVantage’s top earners, but in August of 2011, he was terminated from the company due to accused misconduct.

Just one month after his termination, Hedges came back with a lawsuit claiming LifeVantage has wrongfully removed him from the company.

Per the lawsuit:

“An initial ruling on the case was issued in favor of Hedges, but in an unpredictable move the judge reversed the decision after damages were assessed in the multi-millions.

The reason for the reversal was allegedly that Hedges caused the initial material breach of contract, not with misconduct but under new allegations by the defendant that he used a proprietary training tool without permission. A claim that Hedges denies.”

It appears that the suit between Hedges and LifeVantage was still taking place as late as November of last year, but the current state of everything is up in the air.

On the other hand, there’s not much info at all to be seen relating to Sean Connors.

I tried looking around as much as possible, but even so, I was unable to track down any personal or business-related information on the man.

What Is The Amzbit Product Line?

On the product line side of things, there’s not much of anything to see here either.

No goods or services are being sold to retail customers, and because of this, Amzbit is lacking any sort of retail sales activity.

Affiliates for the company are given just the affiliate membership to offer to those interested in the company, and should someone choose to join, they’re given access to a “digital product library” that consists of the following:

“An active Smart Contract gives you ACCESS to exclusive business coaching, personal development master classes, leadership mentoring, books, interviews, podcast, webinars, workshops and other exclusive products.”

What Can You Tell Me About The Compensation Plan For Amzbit?

When it comes to making money with Amzbit, affiliates earn in two main ways — through Amazon Affiliate links and recruitment commissions.

In regards to Amazon Affiliate commissions, members for Amzbit are enticed by the company to purchase products through referral links they’re provided.

A commission is generated through these Amazon Affiliate links whenever something is purchase through them, and while Amzbit initially gets the money, it then shares this with its affiliates.

Along with this, affiliates can also earn a $25 recruitment commissions for getting someone else to sign up and join the company.

Amzbit offers two bonuses to go along with all of this, but they’re simply focused on more affiliate recruitment.

What Will It Cost To Join Amzbit?

In order to join Amzbit, you’ll need to pay a fee of $100 every 30 days. Should you fail to pay this fee, you’ll be limited to earning on just recruitment commissions and not have access to Amazon Affiliate commissions.

Is Amzbit A Scam?

If you have heard that Amzbit is a scam, then you’ve come to the right place to find out the truth.

What’s the truth – is Amzbit a scam?

I would say not exactly. However, there are some things to be aware of before joining, which I have detailed in the conclusion.

You will only be successful by recognizing the weaknesses and finding a way to move past them.

Conclusion For My Amzbit Review

Amazon’s Affiliate program is a legit system that allows people to earn commissions through referral links, but the way Amzbit is using it is in direct violation of Amazon’s rules.

According to the Amazon Affiliate program, associates for it “will not misrepresent or embellish our relationship with you (including by expressing or implying that we support, sponsor, or endorse you), or express or imply an affiliation between us and you.”

Despite this, Amzbit’s website says that it has “a partnership with Amazon” and that “Through our partnership with Amazon, you will earn a portion of the profits on any sale made through Amazon.”

In addition to this violation, Amzbit boils down to being nothing more than a pretty typical pyramid scheme.

Like all other pyramid scheme, this will see the admins earning the lion’s share of what’s invested while everyone else is left to lose out.

If you’d like to save your money and avoid unwanted headaches, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

I definitely hope you have found value in my Review of Amzbit.
