Exactly What Is Americans Serving Americans?

On the official website for Americans Serving Americans, there’s a lot of confusion surrounding the actual MLM side of the company. The webpage features a ton of text and images that say the income opportunity is “coming soon”, but among all of this, there is a promotional video that says the following —

“ASA’s Mission is to raise billions of dollars, through fun and exciting fund-raising events as well as commercial businesses, in order to provide hope, financial relief, and job opportunities to millions of Americans.”

This marketing promo goes on and on about how wonderful of a thing Americans Serving Americans is, but at the end of the day, the company boils down to an opportunity that people can join with the hopes of making some extra cash.

No more, no less.

David Ashby is the Vice President for Americans Serving Americans, and from what I can see, he’s the top dog within the company.

Before heading up Americans Serving Americans, Ashby was seen doing a bit of promotional work for The Bold Approach (a pyramid scheme) back in 2010. A couple years later in 2012, Ashby was affiliated with another pyramid scheme — more specifically, Penny Matrix.

This was all followed up in 2013 with some sort of opportunity that Ashby referred to as “Team Fam mini banks”, but this never seemed to really take off at all. Since that time, Ashby has remained rather silent in the MLM underbelly until his reappearance with Americans Serving Americans.

Conclusion For My Americans Serving Americans Review

There are a lot of different levels and layers to Americans Serving Americans, but after trying to make as much sense as possible out of the company, I keep coming back to the fact that affiliates are raising money through fundraising and then giving that money to other members.

Affiliates giving money to other affiliates.

If you ask me, that sounds a whole lot like a cash gifting scheme.

Americans Serving Americans also has a section on its website that talks about affiliates being able to invest as much as $10,000 into the business at at time, but this is currently not open to members due to the following reason —

“We are not accepting investments at this time. We must complete necessary steps with S.E.C. Once we are fully ready to accept investors, we will release a Detailed Video explaining our different Investment Plans.”

At the time of writing this review, Americans Serving Americans is still in the stage of a prelaunch. There’s a chance that the company would rework a lot of its elements and streamline everything, but with the opportunity in its current state, I’d strongly advise avoiding this one for the time being.
