Get started by reading my review below.

Exactly What Is Air5 Networks?

Air5 Networks is the latest MLM company up for review, and this time around, we’re looking a company that operates in the Internet-based media streaming field.

The company first launched just a couple months ago in June, 2016, and the current owner of the company is listed to be a Mr. Matthew David. Along with this name, we were also able to locate an address in Florida in the United States that’s tied to the company as well.

As we dig even deeper into the company, we’re able to find information that reveals Matthew Davis was previously titled as a Manager for Air5 Networks Holdings back in 2015. Air5 Network Holdings was also based out of Florida, and was established as an LLC.

Along with Davis, we were also able to find 2 additional names tied to Air5 Networks Holdings. These two names are Charles R. Glenn and George Burton. These two men are also listed as Managers for the company, but their actual involvement is not stated.

Although we were able to find this information, none of it is publically available on the company’s website. And, although these names aren’t mentioned anywhere on the site, all three of them sure are doing a heck of a job in regards to promoting Air5 Networks throughout various social media channels.

While it is nice to be able to tie some names to Air5 Networks, it definitely has us worried seeing that they aren’t found on the official website for the company. This info should be available to the general public, and we can’t figure out for the life of us why the company would withhold such information.

What Is The Air5 Networks Product Line?

Often times with MLM opportunities in today’s market, most companies omit the use of any true product line. When this is the case, these companies often turn out to be nothing more than Ponzi or pyramid schemes.

Having a product line doesn’t guarantee the legitimacy of a company, but it certainly does look good up front. Certainly better than Easy 1up (which I looked at recently) that has nothing at all!

Air5 Networks does have a product of their own, and it comes in the form of an over-the-top-content (OTT) media streaming box (similar to what you’d get with something like a Roku or Apple TV).

The streaming box itself sells for a hefty price of $399, and once it’s been purchased, customers are then required to also buy a related subscription plan. There are various services that are offered, and they include the following. Please note that all of the services here occur on a monthly basis –

  • General service costs $59.97
  • Cable service costs $79.97 or $99.97
  • Internet service costs $50
  • VoIP service costs $14

What Can You Tell Me About The Compensation Plan For Air5 Networks?

As you’d expect with a product line in place, Air5 Networks pays their affiliates a set commission rate every time that they’re able to sell one of the company’s streaming boxes to a retail customer.

On top of this, affiliates are also compensated when they enlist new members to join the company’s affiliate program. When this takes place, commissions are paid out on a residual basis through a unilevel system.

Air5 Network Affiliate Ranks

As with most multi-level marketing companies, Air5 Networks has 11 different ranks for their affiliates to level up and progress through.

Obtaining higher ranks is achieved by a number of tasks, ranging from signing up at a certain level, generating a certain amount of PV, and maintaining a certain amount of active affiliates that you’ve recruited to join the company.

Commission Qualification

If you want to be able to start earning money through Air5 Networks, there are a couple requirements that will first need to be satisfied.

While there are two different criteria to be met, affiliates will only have to meet one or the other in order to start earning commissions. Those criteria work out as follows –

  • Sell a total of 3 streaming boxes to retail consumers
  • Enlist 3 additional members to join the affiliate program and buy their own enrollment kit.

One thing to keep in mind, is that an affiliate can purchase their own streaming box that will count as either 1 sale or recruitment – depending on which criteria they are setting out to fulfill.

Retail Commissions

When an affiliate is able to successfully seen one of Air5 Network’s streaming boxes, they’ll earn a set commission of $50 per sale.

Additionally, an affiliate will also get a commission with the sale of one of the various monthly services that the company offers as well. In this case, the commission that’s earned depends on which of the plans that their customer purchase.

Recruitment Commissions

Along with selling these streaming boxes, affiliates can also make a commission by enlisting other affiliates to join the company as well.

With these recruitment commissions, the amount of money that the recruiting affiliate earns is dependent on how much the new member decides to spend on their membership for Air5 Networks.

Residual Commissions (Binary)

Air5 Networks offers two different types of residual commissions, and one of them uses a classic binary structure.

Positions within the binary system are filled through both direct and indirect recruitment, and the volume of the amount that’s been invested into the binary is totaled at the end of each week.

Depending on the level of an affiliate that’s been recruited during this process, the amount of BV – Business Volume – that’s generated will change.

Residual Commissions (Unilevel)

Along with the binary system, Air5 Networks also pays out residual commissions through a unilevel system.

Air5 Networks sets a payment cap on the first 9 levels of each team within this structure, and the higher the level an affiliate is, the greater of a percentage they’ll earn with their commissions here.

What Will It Cost To Join Air5 Networks?

When joining Air5 Networks as an affiliate, you’ll be required to pay a minimum membership fee of $99.99. This will position you as a Basic affiliate, but you are given the option to pay more money to have a higher rank.

The three ranks available are Bronze, Silver, and Gold, and these cost $399, $699, and $999 respectively. What’s important to note here, is that the higher rank you decide to go with, the greater potential you have for a much larger commission throughout the various plans the company has set in place.

Is Air5 Networks A Scam?

If you have heard that Air5 Networks is a scam, then you’ve come to the right place to find out the truth.

What’s the truth – is Air5 Networks a scam?

I would say not exactly. However, there are some things to be aware of before joining, which I have detailed in the conclusion.

You will only be successful by recognizing the weaknesses and finding a way to move past them.

Conclusion For My Air5 Networks Review

Despite having a physical product to sell to retail consumers, it doesn’t take a genius to determine that the company is mostly operating as a chain-recruitment type of business.

While Air5 Networks does place some incentive through their compensation plan on selling their streaming boxes to retail customers, bigger issues come into play when we look at the company’s design of having affiliates “pay to play”.

The different ranks that affiliates are able to buy into have a direct impact on how much money they stand to make. If any legitimate retail business, the amount of money you make should be solely reliant on your ability to sell – not your ability to shell out more money for a higher rank.

While there is a hint of legitimacy within the company, we’d still advise that prospective affiliates approach this opportunity with a bit of caution.

I definitely hope you have found value in my Review of Air5 Networks.

I went into a lot of detail so that you can make a proper decision about whether you want to join or not.
